The Avantiswami Temple, also known as the Awantipora ancient temple, is a ruined Hindu temple complex located in Awantipora, Jammu and Kashmir, India. It was built by King Avantivarman of the Utpala dynasty in the 9th century CE and originally consisted of two temples, one dedicated to Vishnu and the other to Shiva
